Adam D. Horvit, MD

Adam D. Horvit, MD, a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and board certified in Neurology, received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He graduated with honors for Outstanding Performance in Clinical Neurology, and was a teaching assistant in Neuroscience. Dr. Horvit remained at Baylor for his internship in Internal Medicine, residency in Neurology and for a Clinical Neuromuscular Fellowship with an emphasis on EMG.
Dr. Horvit has maintained a private practice in neurology since 1997. He holds two Medical Director positions at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center: Medical Director for the MDA/ALS Clinic (since 2008) and Medical Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Clinic (since 2001). Dr. Horvit received a bachelor’s degree in Biology with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. His honors include Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and College Scholar.
