David W. Morledge, MD

Dr. David W. Morledge, MD

David W. Morledge, MD, received his medical degree in 1986 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, where he also completed an internship in Internal Medicine. During his residency in Neurology at Arizona Health Science Center, Dr. Morledge served as Chief Resident. He has held leadership positions in the field of neurology including Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery/Neurology and Chief of Neurology/Neurosurgery for St. David’s Medical Center; member of the Medical Advisory Board for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Lone Star Chapter; and Medical Director of the Brain Injury Program at Texas Neuro Rehab Hospital. Dr. Morledge has been voted a Texas Monthly magazine Texas Super Doctor (2004-2009).

A devoted researcher, Dr. Morledge’s works have appeared in medical journals. At the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, he served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology. Dr. Morledge was raised in Houston, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology (with Honors) from the University of Texas at Austin.
