- Sudden, severe headache with no known cause.
- Sudden
numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side.
Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding.
- Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes.
- Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.

Even
if these symptoms go away, you should seek immediate medical attention.
Many individuals having TIA symptoms think they "feel better" and
decide not to seek medical care. The risks for subsequent stroke exist
and patients should seek immediate attention.
